Absolute bioavailability of tadalafil following oral dosing has not been determined. The European Medicines Agency has waived the obligation to submit the results of studies in all subsets of the paediatric population in the treatment of the erectile dysfunction. There are limited data from the use of tadalafil in pregnant women. Animal studies do not indicate direct or indirect harmful effects with respect to pregnancy, embryonal/foetal development, parturition or postnatal development (see section 5.3). As a precautionary measure, it is preferable to avoid the use of CIALIS during pregnancy. The co-administration of PDE5 inhibitors, including tadalafil, with guanylate cyclase stimulators, such as riociguat, is contraindicated as it may potentially lead to symptomatic hypotension (see section 4.5).
Most men take Cialis as needed, typically 10mg or Avanafil 20mg, which stays effective for up to 36 hours. However, men who need ED treatment two or more times a week should consider taking a daily low-dose tablet, either 2.5mg or 5mg, which provides continuous treatment without ups and downs. Sildenafil is taken on an as needed basis, usually at a dose of 50mg. These may be increased to 100mg if the standard dose is ineffective, or lowered to 25mg if mild side-effects are experienced. The dosing may be different depending on your medical history, so your doctor should discuss an appropriate starting dose with you.
The co-administration of doxazosin (4 and 8 mg daily) and tadalafil (5 mg daily dose and 20 mg as a single dose) increases the blood pressure-lowering effect of this alpha-blocker in a significant manner. This effect lasts at least twelve hours and may be symptomatic, including syncope. Therefore, this combination is not recommended (see section 4.4).
A decrease in blood pressure may be more likely if you’re taking Cialis along with other medications that can also lower blood pressure. Call your doctor right away if you have a severe allergic reaction to Cialis. Call 911 if your symptoms feel life threatening or if you think you’re having a medical emergency. As with most drugs, some people can have an allergic reaction after taking Cialis. Allergic reactions did occur in clinical trials of Cialis, but it wasn’t reported how many people had them. Serious side effects from Cialis aren’t common, but they can occur.
A higher score on the IIEF meant that erectile function was better, so ED symptoms were reduced. Both Cialis and Viagra belong to a group of medications called phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. Drinking alcohol may affect your ability to get an erection and may temporarily lower your blood pressure. If you have taken or are planning to take CIALIS, avoid excessive drinking (blood alcohol level of 0.08 % or greater), since this may increase the risk of dizziness when standing up.
It works by relaxing the blood vessels around the penis and increasing blood flow, making it easier to get and keep an erection. Consult your doctor immediately if you experience loss of vision or hearing while taking Cialis 20 mg Tablet. Cialis 20 mg Tablet may cause dizziness, so drive with caution. Cialis 20 mg Tablet should not be given to children as safety and effectiveness have not been established. People who take illegal drugs are likely to engage in risky sexual practices and this likelihood is increased when ED treatments are taken at the same time.

Rare side effects in patients taking CIALIS include fainting, seizures and passing memory loss, swelling of the eyelids, red eyes, sudden decrease or loss of hearing, hives and nose bleeds. Some men taking CIALIS in clinical studies have reported dizziness. Check carefully how you react to the medicines before driving or using any machinery.
